Do you ever kick yourself for not thinking about getting into a good business sooner? Last year, I kicked myself for not getting into selling/making dog clothing. I am not a seamstress, but B's mother is! At every mall now you'll see a store or a kiosk dedicated to selling overpriced but adorable clothing for your pup. B's mom has made tons of clothes for NY, but the idea didn't dawn on us until we actually got her. By that time, most other companies were established and we figured that by the time we got the business up and running (B's mom the designer/seamstress, B the photographer, me the webmaster, etc. haha) the trend may have passed... but you never know. It could still happen, but the initial investment is risky (or is it? hmm...).

Now I'm discovering more and more private makeup companies sprouting up selling mineral makeup! It's been the craze for a while now, but I sense that it will become even more popular as time goes by. I've been using mineral makeup for some time now (almost soon after BE first started) and I love makeup, so you would think that I would have considered trying to start my own mineral makeup company as well!!! Where was I?!? Again, I have the feeling that my time may have passed, but my main hindrance is not knowing where the heck to get started. If you check Etsy and search 'mineral makeup', you'll see that there are already so many little companies already in business. *sigh* Darnit! I think this is a small business I would have enjoyed doing... hehe :\ I need to start thinking more like a businesswoman!!!
