Being a busy mom it’s difficult to get things done for myself. I’ve been putting off cutting my hair and it was getting so shapeless that I decided to take matters into my own hands… literally. I accidentally stumbled across this video when doing a search for hairstyles, and I’m so thankful I found this!
I did more research and found that people refer to this layer cut as the “ponytail method” for obvious reasons. After gathering some more techniques from watching videos from some at-home-haircut product (creaclip), I ended up doing this ponytail method in 3 main areas to get more dimension in my layers. With a little no-heat styling, here’s my result!
I think when it comes to long layered haircuts, I’m going to be doing these on my own from now on 
wow that’s so much cheaper than going to the salon! I want to try but i’m scared hehe
hehe just cut a little at a time… it’s less scary if you are keeping your hair on the longer side. if you mess up, you could always get it fixed
